Applied AI / DevOps Knowledge Assistant · Live

Private AI Teammate

A self-hosted AI teammate that turns scattered engineering logs, tickets, docs, and meetings into instant, private answers, plus deployment-risk gating and noise-to-signal triage.

DevOps teams faced growing difficulty managing operational knowledge scattered across logs, tickets, documentation, and meetings — and public AI tools were off the table, since nothing internal was allowed to leave the network.

The Solution We built a self-hosted AI teammate and extended it into a broader DevOps intelligence platform:

  • Zero-Egress AI: a self-hosted knowledge assistant on open models (Llama 3, vLLM, Ollama) running entirely on private infrastructure.
  • Unified Knowledge Ingestion: automated pipelines pull from logs, docs, tickets, and meeting transcripts (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), indexed with semantic embeddings and orchestrated with Apache Airflow.
  • Conversational Retrieval: a RAG pipeline behind a chat interface, plus recurring daily and weekly summaries.
  • Deployment Risk Gating: a signal-driven decision engine (Build → Signals → Risk Score → Decision → Deploy/Block) that automatically gates risky releases.
  • Noise-to-Signal Triage: a decision-intelligence layer (Events → Signals → Patterns → Decisions) that surfaces critical anomalies out of thousands of daily logs and alerts.

The result: 50% faster troubleshooting, 70% faster meeting review, and 100% private, self-hosted operation.
